Charlies Creek is a great trail with beautiful features. Some of the best water crossing Georgia has to offer!
I took my 1997 Land Discovery Series I with 190k miles down Charlies Creek and answer the question "Will my vehicle make it?" Before you go into the Facebook forums and ask if your stock vehicle will make it, short answer is yes. As of Dec 2022 it is still a fun trail and easy to moderate.
Will My Adventure Machine Make It?
Most 4x4 vehicle should make it through Charlies Creek trail. Water Crossings, a few off camber spots and occasional mud.
Where Do We Camp?
There are a few campsites along the trail west of the Tallulah river as well as a campground close by
